&lt;P&gt;As far as I am aware, the promotion you are mentioning has expired some time ago. I could be entirely wrong of course, but obviously the best action you could take is already what you mention yourself; calling Sony Customer Support. They should be able to inform you about the expired promotion.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And thank you for looking at my problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just got a new 65f9005 TV now on Sony select it says have 2 4k uhd movies on us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I have been into Google play movies and the offer is not there (I have payment details on the account)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I did get the offer 2 years ago with old Sony TV 1 4k hd film&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now would this be the problem as I have ring Sony and was told we do not know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So hope some.can help thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;</description>
