Thanks for your involvement.
I receive messages from Sony support- updates and so on.
They are helpful.
All I want to know is, once I have read them, how do I delete them?
I cannot see an option to delete them.

Hi @geewolf1 I have never found a way to delete them, it is a real pain when I reinstall the app or change my iPad or iPhone. I then have to open all 60 odd messages every time to mark them as read.

If it really bothers you, you could ask Sony UK Support and then please let us all know!

You have sent me this before and I have replied.

Do you have a robot replying?The community reply I received says that there is no way to delete the messages from Sony support.

All I want to know is why not.

If a robot replies to this I will just give up

Hi @geewolf1 Who is this "you" that you are referring to? This is a customer to customer community so everybody is just a fellow customer trying to help other customers. Nobody here can tell you why not, you need to talk to Sony using the link above. I would certainly be interested in this "robot" reply.
