Bravia TV 49x8309 -no digital channels and can't re tune them in. help

My TV was turned off on Wednesday evening and it was fine, turn on yesterday and there is no channels coming up. I can get Netflix etc but not digital channels. Have tried to reset the TV but as soon as i get to tune the digitial channels the screen goes blank.

I would start by checking your aerial is working, connected and in good condition.

I can see that you have tried a reset, was that a factory reset.

Aerial is fine, I had tried to reset the tv but hadn’t taken it back to factory reset. Did that tonight and it is working again. I did wonder if it was the update that was released at the end of June. Thought it might have triggered the issue.
