Hi, The home button on the remote does not work. I have replaced the batteries and also disconnected the tv from the socket for an hour but still not working.

Hi @Hamblingb1,

You will need to turn the camera of your mobile phone on inside a dark room and hold its lens in front of your remote control top side. Then press the HOME button to see if you see a red/purple light blinking on the screen of your mobile device.

If you see the blinking for all button other than the HOmE button then you need to order a new remote control here:
