topic Rif.: Sony XBR 77A9G in Android TV

IT doesn't seem a tv problem, more a network configuration one. The tv is able to connect to 2.4 and 5 gigaHertz as well as cable (that i'd suggest using powerline if physical cabling is impossible).

I have a brand new OLED from Sony. Installed by Best Buy. Great picture but the smart tv functions don't work ( ie Netflix and YOU tube) until I re-boot the TV. Tried help from Best Buy and Sony without success. I have a brand new cable modem router with fast speed. Told I needed to use the slower 2.4 network. Did not make a difference. Keep getting errors about connectivity issues despite being connected by wi fi with a good signal and good tv diagnostics. Feel there is a problem with the Android operating system. Any suggestions?
