TV Guide info not populating using satellite

Hi,

I'm now using the satellite input for tv rather than youview due to moving out into the welsh sticks!

When bringing up the TV guide it shows 'no event information' for all channels, only when you select and view a channel does it then pull through the tv guide info for that channel.

So you don't actually know whats on TV unless you scroll through all the channels one by one.

Anyone got any ideas or is this just buggy?

make sure its connected via LAN and it may populate guide i think you need to choose guide type ie freeview,in all fairness its still very slow despite latest Firmware update 27.11.2019

yes i will double check it looks like that option has disappeared I've done
a complete factory reset but the guide for general satellite is but all
intensive purposes a complete list of every channel based on freq and
Number of transponder with no filter tools or a well designed UK style TV
guide.

Hi there,

When it comes to the functionality of the guide on satellite broadcast, your TV isn't fully compatible, so it may or may not work.

This isn't considered a fault with the TV.
