PROBLEM WITH TURNING UP AND DOWN THE VOLUME

Hello.

I have a KD-55XG8596 tv but I've benn experiencing a problem with turning up and down the volume. When I press the buttom continiously it just doesn't work and to change the volume I need to press the -/+ once, release it and then do it again.

I will appreciate if someone can help.

Try just a reboot of Android TV, keep pressed Power/OFF on remote...

It's a nuisance but at this point you can think of a factory reset, after it must work...

You are assuming this must be a TV problem, but it could be a problem with the remote.

I would check the batteries, maybe try fresh ones, anyway leaving them out for at least one minute, and see if this helps.

I've also had volume issues with my KD-43XF8505 too, but a slightly different problem.

Randomly, when turning volume up or down, I would make one volume button press, but the tv would continue to raise or lower volume to its maximum or minimum volume?!

Anyone else had this issue?
