Currys 5 year guarantee

Hi, I just wondering if there is somebody who knows how Currys's 5 year guarantee work as I didn't recieved anything about that in my emails and by T&C I should recieve certificate.

Does somebody been digging for similar thing ? TIA

Hi @Jaybake Contact Sony UK Support to check your warranty. Make sure that you have your receipt, full model number KD... and Serial number ready.

See my thread about Sony not honouring the 5 year warranty because I purchased from Amazon. You won't know that you have no warranty until your TV goes faulty.

I read about your problem, but I thing is that extended warranty must be registered within first 360 days. So that;s the reason why I'm trying catching up to get certificate ASAP as there is still chance that seller mis selling product and I doesn't want to find out in worst case when product get faulty
