No option to auto tune my digital channels

Hi I have a Sony Bravia KDL-75W855C but I have no option in the settings to tune or auto tune my digital channels.I have connected a aerial lead but when I open the settings the tuning option is not there.

No sorry !! I don’t have the option on my telly to click on to tune the telly.
When I go into settings there is no icon to click on that says digital tuning or any tuning for that matter, it’s just not there ??

Unfortunately I have the same and it's been a mess to figure out a solution. I'm pretty sure something needs to be modified at the service mode menu but I have no clue.

Any help?
