Can anyone provide me with a guide for calman home on my Sony XH95.

Seem to be ending up with worse result then factory.

Are you aware that you need the software, a pattern generator, a profiled colorimeter and a lot of expertise to use it?

Thanks for you reply.

I have everything set up. The only thing I lack is the expertise.

Using a X-Rite i1, not sure what meter mode I use or colourspace that is best.

I was interested too but I do not have the needed expertise and, apart the costs related to the CALMAN licence, the colorimeter and the pattern generator I was stuck when I understood that even the colorimeter should be profiled before on the specific panel (adding other money to the equation) in order to have correct results.

Unfortunately Calman hasn't been updated and is still only showing from 2019 released TV. Hopefully this will get an update soon to make it easier for non-experts to set up TV to the best it's ability.

The pdf's and documents don't really provided an explanation to what is best to use for particular tv's.
