How to stop ALL recomedations

Hi, I just purchased a 43X89J TV with google tv.

I have managed to switch off the google recomenations in (Account - Apps only).

This works to a large extent but I am still getting Disney+ recommendations.

I have absolutely no interest in anything Disney.

I am dissapointed with this TV as it is so complex to switch off unwanted adds.

Any help appreciated.

Hello Frank,

I got the same problem.

During morning routine at breakfast we turn on the TV (in our case KDL-55W755C) it often play some recommendations for some scary movie from Google. My 8 year old daughter gets a bit afraid.

And I try to go back to the start screen as quick as I can but of course the TV is so slow so the clip from the scary movie is there for at least 40 sec. It frankly drives me m*d, what a stupid idea to recommend a scary movie as default.

Did you ever solve your problem?
