KD43XH8505 Sudden judder

Not sure how to explain this. No setting have been changed and I have tried a power cycle.

A couple of weeks ago I began noticing a slight judder, noticeable when people on the screen are turning their heads. It's like it goes slightly slow or skips some frames. This is happening on V6 box and the TV's apps like Netflix.

Does anyone know of an issue?

Hello. Its Version 9. Kernel version 4.9.125

One other thing i've noticed with updating is there has been a Google Play Movies notification. Pressing continue doesn't seem to do anything as the notification stays there.

Hey andyodell, this isn't the softawre version, try pressing Help on the handset. It starts with V or PKG something like that.
