KD43 constant restart, hard reset not working.

Kinda as the title, we’ve got a fairly on KD43 and today it’s run into the constant reboot issue during the android loading animation. I’ve tried the power + volume down technique for a hard reset but it doesn’t seem to be working and just goes into a constant reboot cycle with no green light in sight. I’m wondering if the set might be bricked and is more than just a firmware issue and perhaps a hardware fault.
