AG9 Favourites not showing properly

So this morning the TV is not showing all my favourites and if I want to switch to HDMI inputs it won't let me....any ideas what's caused this? The last app update was a week ago so it's not that.

I've restated and done a power recycle (I think)

I have a similar issue…….Netflix…..Amazon etc icons are no longer showing but I can load them from the Home Screen.

I don't know if it applies also in UK, but from the Italian community it seems due to the latest version of the app now TV . Disinstalling it, preferred apps are shown again. Not a valid workaround until they fix it.

@rooobb I can confirm I did a Factory Reset and the Now TV app will not show in favourites even though it's installed. It's going to be months until they fix it for sure....I hope it's a lot sooner.
