Tv not responding or resounding incorrectly to remote, e.g. no display from guide, nothing from TV button, nothing from setting button, etc many more.

Hi @cherrybn

My apologises for asking the obvious but please confirm that you have power rebooted the TV (unplug at the Mains and leave for a while) and the remote (take out, or better still replace with new batteries).

Also, make sure that your TV is on the latest software version if you're able to scroll through the help menu.
