Sony Bravia - "Feature not available"

Hello, My Sony Bravia TV suddenly can't open any "catch up" TV apps. I get "Feature not available" whenever I select any of them in Sony Select on the Home Page. I've tried a soft restart and a full factory reset but neither have worked. Anyone else had the same problem and fixed it? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Davgib

Sony Bravia is just a generic name for any Sony TV. To help you with your specific TV we need the full model number. The software version may help as the iPlayer Apps get regular updates and indeed eventually expire due to hardware limitations.

Note you need YouView enabled for some Apps to function.
