    <description>&lt;P&gt;They have sent a Sony engineer out and they said the TV needs to be replaced, and am currently dealing with a manager as no consultant ever did what they said they was going too. When I have spoken to the manager they said I need to wait for the next step. Everything just seems a big hassle and like they are trying to get out of replacing a faulty product. If an engineer States the TV needs replacing I really don't understand what I am waiting for. Nearly 3 weeks now and I think Sony are trying to get out of replacing the faulty product they sold me. It has really upset me as I have 3 Sony TV's and a ps5 and love Sony but the way I have been dealt with it makes me think otherwise. I feel as if I'm getting nowhere at all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I feel lost and don't know what to do. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
