We have tried to run a factory reset, pressing the power on button and volume down button, then plugging in the TV plug. &nbsp;After 30 attempts, we have only achieved the required green light 3 times - which is part of the process. &nbsp;On those three occasions we have then seen a white circle on the screen. &nbsp;The word erase does not show, and then it reverts back to the restart loop that shows the four icons circling. &nbsp;We cannot get any further. &nbsp;Can anyone give us any guidance or tell us what is wrong or broken?
