If you've already tried a reset for it and it's still like that maybe you will need to contact a Sony <A href="https://locator.sony/en_GB/servicecenters/?zoom=7&amp;latitude=54.364972&amp;longitude=0.3836012" target="_blank">service</A> centre to get it replaced since they don't repair screen as far as I know.
