Some of the set up instructions was like reading upside down Chinese (no offence intended) even the remote is instructions are crazy so it’s been a difficult set up. Then the start up if the tv was worse I couldn’t get a signal this on about an hour then pow! Oled has meant confusion

Do you have a question or questions we can help with?

Otherwise, I am rather at a loss to think of anything pertaining to this being an OLED TV rather than an LCD TV that would complicate initial setup.

Advanced calibration, sure, but it doesn’t seem you have got this far yet?

@cestrian, there's an online manual available on the support page for each model. Also, have you managed to sort things out eventually or still facing any trouble?

BT have now replaced hub and tv box so it’s now acting like a television
