Setting up BT Pro to be TV Box with a Sony Bravia

I'm trying to set up my BT Pro Box to be the TV Box with a SONY Bravia KD48A9. When I try Setup by model number, the Sagemcomm RTIW387 isn't an option.

When I first did this ages ago I used a different manufacturer/model number. For the life of me I can't remember what that was. Any suggestions please?

Hi @BillyM What exactly are you trying to set up? Simply plug it in to an HDMI port, set the port to enhanced, job done. What ever you do, don’t use the External device setup wizard, it causes more issues than it solves.

@LightFoot I'm trying to match the Sony remote to the Pro Box. The wizard allowed this but I can't remember which model number I used. Do you know of an alternative way of doing the remote match?

I selected (first few letters) BT -> BT TV -> (model search) BT -> BTTVBoxPro.
