65XF9005 HDMI Handshake issues with PS5

Greetings i own a Sony 65XF9005 and my problem is that when i game on my ps5 the tv is loosing the signal from ps5 .some times the info banner shows but it becomes worst and it looses picture for some seconds and it does that all the time

i should note that i had the same problem with my ps4 pro as well but not so much as now.so its obvious its not the ps5 that has the problem

first things first !

-my ps5 is connected to the hdmi 2 and the hdmi settings for hdmi 2 and 3 in the tv are selected to improved 4k 60 and not standart

-the tv firmware is the latest v6.7210 and i also HAVE tried hard reset as well

-on hdmi 3 i have connected via arc my sony bdv e4100 surround system

-i have tried many different hdmi cables (ps5 included cable,hdmi 2.0 cable and also a ugreen hdmi 2.1 premium cable and the problem persists

the only thing that works is to press the power button on the remote and do a restart on the tv

then it works like a charm for a few days and after some days it does the same

i have warranty till october from the store since i bought 5 years warranty

what should i do;

i am pretty sure this is not a hardware problem but a software one

any ideas ;

anyone else has the same problem ;

Hi @Panedi1985, firstly, make sure you update your TV to version 6.7215 and check again. Also check that the Enhanced format is selected: Settings - Watch TV - External inputs - HDMI signal format. You can also try different HDMI cable or different port
