Live Tab not working on Google Home Page!

Just over last few days the 'Live' Tab on Google Menu for my Sony TV has not been uploading. I have powered off the TV at mains with no change to live tab and I am reluctant to do a factory reset as this would remove a number of apps I have installed.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi @Digifriendly, try to access live TV by pressing the TV button instead.

Yes but I cannot get favourites list then on Live TV and Catchup which I was able to access via Live Tab. I can edit channels via epg but this is not the same as having quick access to favourites.

What is your TV model?

Double check if the software is updated using the HELP button on the remote control.

Then clear the cache data of the Live TV and catch up from the settings page and choose force stop after you do so.

This should cure it for you, I think.

Many thanks for your suggestion which I have tried and live menu reappears but will not load. It says 'Loading error. Unable to load Live.'

Model is KD- 43X75WL

Same problem here. My TV is XR55A95L. Have tried clearing data and cache on google tv app but still get the loading error on the live tab.

Live Tab is now on main menu but 'unable to load' message appears. Internet connection seems fine so problem I think lies elsewhere.

Issue now fixed. Sony must have sent an update out to correct the problem.
