    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/968125"&gt;@Ahmed0&lt;/A&gt;, welcome to our forum!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am sorry to hear about that. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sonylatvija.com/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you been able to connect to your service providers 3G network previously with the your phone and the same SIM card?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have, I would recommend that you try with another SIM card in your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run a scan for your service providers 3G network in Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; Network providers. When the search is done your service providers 3G network will be marked with a little house icon &amp;gt; tap on it and it should register on the network.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My phone can't connect to 3G single. When I choose 3g only&lt;BR /&gt;It gets on emergency calls only and didn't get any signal!&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me</description>
