loud speaker not working

My daughter was watching you tube on my phone and now the load speaker doesn't work I've tried factory reset and diagnostic plz help I don't know what she's done.

Hi @lekisha16,

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you test your devices loudspeaker your phones built in diagnostics tool, you can do this if you go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Loudspeaker. How does the speaker behave here?

I would also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode, if there is no change I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
