Hi to whom it may concern

My sony m5 aqua keeps on dieing on me shuting off as soon as i use video calling on messanger and whatsup and also sometimes when i use google maps what can be the cause of that i will appreciate it if you can fix the problem cause my brother stays in Michigan and i would like to talk on my video call cause its the only time we ever see each other

@Pokkievis that could be just a software issue...

Can you try restarting your phone in safe mode? Will it work?

I dont think you can whatsup or use facebook messenger on safe mode

That's correct BUT you can test other preloaded apps, such as Google Maps.
