Well, we just factor reset it last time. Even before we didnt change/update the phone, overheating has just cam up right after the factory reset.

So, you suggest to update the phone because it will fix the issue?

Been used M4 Sony aqua (not dual) for 3 years now apparently, this past few days the phone gets overheat everytime we use it. We are not changing anything on the phone thus we are not using it when charging. In short i am just using it as usual. I know the phone will start to get heat as normal use but getting too much heat is unreasonable. Can you help us to check this out or explain why this has happened. Also, i want to know how this issue fix asap.

Please assist.

do you have the latest update ? I read that sony has fixed this problem by launching an update 2 years ago , apparently it occurs when you use your device's camera but that may not be the case for you since you said you've been using the device for 3 years without it overheating...:smileyconfused:
