M4 Aqua does not detect the SIM card.

Hello!

I have a problem with my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua, It does not detect the SIM card.

My SIM card is from Movistar.

I inserted the SIM card into my old phone and it worked very well.

Hi @tabletPablote, sorry to hear about this.

Have you also tried with a different SIM card in your Xperia M4 Aqua? That is always a good test to do, even if the SIM card works in another device. If you don't have an extra SIM card, maybe of your friends, colleagues or family members have one in the same size as yours and you can borrows theirs to try it out in your device.
