Hi @Sushila-7, welcome to our forum!

To exit safe mode, all you need to do is to restart your device and you will be back to the normal mode where you have all your downloaded applications available.

Just make sure that volume down button is working correctly and if you have a case on the device, try removing it temporarily as holding down the volume button during start-up, forces the device to start up in safe mode.

Hi again @Sushila-7!

That would explain why you are not able to exit safe mode as the volume down button is always pressed and therefore you end up in safe mode.

As this is related to the hardware in your device, I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you.
