Xperia M2 dual touchscreen not responding when kept on flat surface

Touch Screen not responding when phone is on flat surface, heard about Xperia SP had the issue and it was setting issues in glove mode, but M2 dual not have any glove mode and still its having similar problem. Please advice solution for this problem. Is it Sofware , hardware or anyother setting issue?

repair your phone with PCC if you still have the same issue then contact your local Sony Xperia Care

I have this problem too when I hold phone in hand it works fine but when I place it on a surface like table, touch does'n react fine

specially the back key goes away, overally compared to other phones the touch of this phone is weaker

I have the same problem. Tried Pcc repair section but gives me error can't repair. Update from device says software is uptodate. Update from PC gives error. What should I do? Please help. This drives me crazy.
