Unable to download apps from google play store

Initially i downloaded apps using google play store. Recently i changed my network, after then i couldn't download anything from google play store...

Also default browser only working google chrome and g talk are not working..

Try to clear data and uninstall updates for Google Play Store.

Go to settings > apps > Google Play Store. Do the same with Gtalk and Chrome.

Then restart your phone and try to download from Play Store again. Also try to download using both 3G and Wi-Fi.

I am unable to download apps from play store. Although my Internet connection is fine and working, I am getting "unable to connect to server......" message. Please help me resolve this issue

The message displayed is "error in retreieving information from server RPC:S-3"

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you try to clear data for Google Play Store and Google Play Services under settings > apps > all.

Go to settings > account > Google > press your Gmail address > menu button > remove account.

Restart your phone, open Google Play and add your Google account again.

Keep us updated if you still can't download from Google Play.

I have the same problem here, and i tried to clear the data and yet, the problem prevails.

Please help me.

The error is: (Error while retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-7:AEC-7 FR4K-EUWS-Y7XM6])
