Ringtone volume issue

I usually put my ringtone profile to just 'vibrate' (no ringtone). Suddenly I found some issue, I just turned off 'vibrate' and put on a ringtone. The problem is that when an incoming call arrives, and the phone is ringing,when I press the volume buttons to lower the ringtone volume , the volume becomes silent or no volume, but the incoming phone is no cut. All other volumes are okay.

Is it normal or an issue ??

sidekey function during income call is to cut off ringtone and vibrate....no issue:smileysmileythumbsup:

If you press volume down,the ringtone mutes.The call goes normally,if you want to not answer,just hit the power button,the display will turn off and you will not be bothered.

If I press down volume key, it mutes, Is it also applicable when I press volume up button, to increase the ringtone voluem, when incoming call arrives ?

Yes... Volume up bottom also put ringtone on silent
