Xperia SOLA freeze

Hi Xperia sola is freezen after try to update SonyPC Compain frm pc to Smartphone.

What could i do?

Try a force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).After that,repair with sony update service.

yes with sony pc companion!Ny phone is with sony logotip all time in the screem.I conected to the pc but the pc can not detect a mobil.

ofcourse but the program can not detected my phone maybe I do something rong and the scrrem is locked with sony

yes but the phone doen't sitch of adnd the program sais that i have to turn off before continue and i can't.

If i push the boton to turn off nothin happen!!!!Thanks for repy i'll try all that you say

If power button+vol up until the phone vibrates 3 times(forced shutdown) does not work,I suggest taking the phone into service.

I have to connected the phone into the pc to try 3 times push both botons 3 times?

No,just keep both pressed until you feel 3 vibrations.

It only vibrate once no 3 times and .IT turn off with green ligth during a half second and back yo the screem sony's logotip
