xperia t2 ultra repeated flashing of shut down, restart, screen shot option

The Power button menu is appearing continuously, in every 10-15 seconds.

I have tried the factory reset mode option, but its still the same.

Please help me to solve the issue.

and one more issu the lock screen is also appearing repeatedly, not able to use the phone.
