Won't turn on

My xperia xa2 ultra just turned itself off and won't turn back on. Plugged it into the charger but it doesn't even charge, no lights Nothing. Have checked the charger and tried holding the volume up and power button in at the same time for 2 minutes, still nothing.

leave it charging (wall charger) for 2-3 hours

I was busy taking a pic with mine, the battery was on 83% and it also just died, I left it overnight to charge, no lights coming on, nothing just dead. I did all the onine trouble shooting... Now what?

I'm curious to know what happened to your phones because this just happened to me today and tried all troubleshooting but nothing. Please help

My Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra is also experiencing this. It just randomly shut off despite having 80-90% battery, and now it won't turn back on. It keeps automatically vibrating and showing the white SONY splash screen for a few seconds, before turning off again. I tried everything, including holding power button+up volume button until I feel three vibrations, waiting, then turning on again. Not sure what to do. I only had this phone for 6 months, it's not cracked, I kept it in a protective cover...

Also tried taking out SIM and SD cards.
