Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Try using Smart Connect instead. Open up Smart Connect > Devices > SBH80 and you should be able to see the remaining battery time.

Hi,

I've got a SBH80 Bluetooth headset, but the wires buds got a loose connection, intermittent sound when you move it. Can I change the wire, repair them, or anything. I really like them.

I guess you need to contact the Sony support to be able to send it for repair mate.
