Charging problems

HI,

I am unable to charge my SONY Experia M duos. While it plug in it showing as charging, but after sometime, I observed that it showing the below message.

" Usage is high than the charging", but even,I didnt do anything with phone while charging.

Wat is the problem and soluton

Have you tried charging your phone with some other charger or just the one that you got with the phone?

Hi,

Tried with MICROMAX, SAMSUNG chargers, still facing the same issue.

Please suggest me

Adding to above, even in charging mode also battery is draing....

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Hello;

I am having the same problem in my Xperia M dual. First it was an intermitent problem that disapeared disconnecting and connecting again the charging cable in the phone or touching the connector, but now the problem is permanent.

It seems to be a problem in the micro USB connection of the phone, and as I know this problem happened in other phones also.

Need to be sent to the Sony repair center of the area.

hi I have Xperia M Dual, it was working fine before updating to 4.3. Now i got issue with charging. Charging Led and indication shows cell is charging, but percentage of charge goes on reduceing sometimes. Sometimes it says your power source insuffiecnt. Battery draining faster than charging.

i sent to sony service center, they just reinstalled softwere saying cell is working fine, but the problem exists even after......

anyone got solutions Pls let me know.

I too have the same problem.. when i visit Sony service centre, they said it's a faulty PCB...
