Where can we find information about this new fw? I received today new fw avaliable but must have pcc... but in Sony site aren't any information?

ActiveSync, with the same bug it's being sine last year. Only Subject of a mail is visible, no body mail.

Today i flashed the .207.

- Still no faster battery charge

- Stamina still doesnt work (drains by 1%/hr with or without ,in fully offline mode,in good 2g coverage)

- Light-sensor usless.

- When Stamina ON ,notification light's settings are ignored. Sometimes doesnt flashes.

For now am 100% sure im going to sell this pil3 0f sht SP. As fast as i can.

Shame on you sony ! SP was the last phone from you!

I also agree with akkush, this phone is a pile of junk. The last phone I buy from Sony. I will go for a nexus, to go in peace. What an unlucky purchase I really feel stupid.

Strange that some people are having such a lot of problems. Mine is still on .205 and I really like the phone, no issues to make me unhappy with it. Battery lasts 2 days with moderate useage - I recharge and reboot it at the same time and keep it on 2G as 3G is patchy here. Agree that the brightness handler is rubbish but Vellis fixes that. I'm looking forward to hearing what .207 brings but if I have to stay on .205 that will be ok.

Hello daverawle did you have android 4.3 when u bought the phone or u updated ur phone. I ask this because one of my friends have xperia z1 . He did experience bug in android 4.3. When 4.4.4 was released for xperia z1 many users complained about many bugs in xperia z1 after updating. My friend got his phone updated to 4.4.4 in a sony service center. After updating he did not experience any bugs mentioned by other users of xperia z1. He said that it is better to update in a sony service centre. I dont know whether this is true. So I asked u that question

Hi Bulbo,

I updated the phone, which was on .266 when I got it, first to .201 (Swiss Generic) then to .205 (Greek Generic) both times using FlashTool.

most needed futures are app2SD and light sensor fix and turend off charging black screen fix!

After some days of using the phone with 1.207 i noticed that this runs much smoother

Camera seems to focus faster than before

Cons:

install/uninstall bug still there...but in my opinion it's not so critical

proximity senzor still slow after removing phone from ear

the cons proves that sony is a company which is good for nothing!!! they have the worst software developing unit in the whole world!!!!!

As there isn't a generic version of .207 yet (and will there ever be?) can someone who has used the Cosmote firmware let me know if it is loaded with bloatware.

Which country has the .207 firmware or which network - All I see is .205

Edit - Greece - A regional firmware which is branded

I also see a lot of T-Mobile branded firmware so these will be modified generic firmware preloaded with what you call bloatware there is no difference between the .205 and .207 other than the pre-loaded apps
