    <description>&lt;P&gt;For contacts,use PC companion or export the contacts to SIM. You could also try uli's methods.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the media files (pics,videos etc) copy/paste manually is the best option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
