Serious Issue of Auto-Restart

Hello,

Last month I had a annoying problem of Auto-restart on my C1904 Xperia m, So, I gave it to Xperia Service Centre for Repairing.

They returned my Phone by saying that they have rectified and Solved the issue.

But the next day it again start to cause the same problem.

What should i do now?

Its just 4mnth old phone.

Will they replace my phone by new one?

Try removing your sim card and see if it still auto restart.

But i had kept it running without simcard since last 1 mnth

So, there is no issue of SIM, i think.

Try booting your phone to safe mode and see if it still persist

Hy,

I have already kept it without SIM (in Safe Mode)

Still the Same issue is there

Technician of service centre had repaired my Software ang upgraded it but no effect over that issue.

So, will they replace my phone or anything else???

I'm not confident they are going to give you a replacement

But its worth asking your local Sony Xperia

They have already Repaired it and also have done factory reset

But still they are unable to solve that

If thats the case,i'm not sure whether is hardware or software related problems.

But again,try to consult with your local Sony Xperia one more time.

Again,i'm not sure.It depends on your local Sony Xperia's consultation.

Do contact your local Xperia care as it seems to be a hardware issue
