Cannot move document file to SD card with Android 4.4.2.

Hello

Another, this time bigger problem occurred. If I try to move from Docs To Go app a file to SD card, it says "External SD card is read only on Android 4.4 and above". But mine is 4.4.2?? And if I try to run SD Fix app, it says it needs root permission. How can I get root permission? Or what other app fixes SD card problems?

(And if I try to move from a notepad app (BanderLabs), it also will not appear on SD card, but it makes an additional notepad folder into the phone memory which is also invisible in PC).

Apps can't write to an SD card and root is acquiring access to the root of your phone - some will unlock the bootloader and some device have a way round that - So without root this writing won't be possible
