I ahave cheakk everything and i found that when i am on call the voice of caller is very low even very hard to hear it.

Please give me solution

Check if you have microphone noise suppression enabled. If still having issues,boot in safe mode:

Is there anything blocking the microphones? a protective case or protective film?

Low earphone volume During Calls xperia ZL

I've got Sony Xperia ZL and noticed one really annoying issue.

Earphone volume is incredibly low. I set the earphone volume to max level during calls, but still I can barely hear the other side. It also sounds like the 'voice' comes from the internal speaker, rather than earphone.

even if disabling noise reduction.

i was tried to reset my mobile and it for few days my calling voice of rearphone is lound and proper adn again low ...I am really frusted from doing this again and agin and really i hate it. I think its softwares issue so please i need proper soluton on it....
