Can't turn on device + no LED light while charging

I bought the device 2 weeks ago and the issues are..

1. I've checked all ports are sealed perfectly and I test with tap water, then the screen gone to many colors, so I turn off device and leave it into rice bag for 3 days.. then I turn on the device, everything seems to be normal except vibration and rear camera doesn't work at all... but that's fine for me... I use it for day and a half. Until I restart my tablet.. it won't boot anymore.. keep boot looping and then I turn off the device and charge battery, there was no LED light pop up and the device have no response :'(

2. I called Sony Thailand Support and it turns out that they didn't accept repairing even I was willing to pay... the staff only told me to send back to UK which is not make any sense..

I'm writing this because I believe this place is my last hope... I use my 1st Sony tablet less than 2 days... and got bad first impression with the brand already..

My device = Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact SG612 (Black)

please help... :'(

I bought device in Thailand, but the seller bought it from UK

ah I see - Because it is a device from the UK then I'm sorry to say but it will need to be serviced in the UK

Try this press and hold power button and volume up at the same time until you feel a little vibrate and then release.
