Hi,

the microphone of my Xperia E seems doesn't work correctly anymore!

I can listen the other side, but the other side can't listen me.

I tried to test the micro in the hidden menu. The secondary microphone works correctly. The main microphone not, but the strange thing is that it seems is recording ( I can hear a swish) without voices or other noise. Same things happen if I make a video: i just can hear a swish.

If it try to use Google Vocal Search, and I blow in the microphone, the circle around the image of the microphone is getting bigger (like if is receiving some kind of input), but if i talk it can't listen and it can't search the thing i say.

Some advices???

TNX

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
