wifi problem

I have bought before some days the sony aqua M4, after i activate wifi or data, some times the phone freeze and overheat. I cant do nothing until the battery empty so i charge it and restart phone, that happens 2-3 times per day. i sent it to sony service and they told me it was a software problem and they make a software update and the phone is ok, but i didnt read anyware about release of new software update for M4. when i activate data again several times during day the phone freeze again and overheated.

If you read what i say, you see that there are no latest updates for the phone, the phone is up to date when i connect with PC, also i did it, and a make a reset fot the phone by myself and when i sent it to sony service. They told me that the phone is ok and when i came back home and use the phone it freeze again and overheated so much that its hard to tach it.

Hi zofos, welcome to the community!

I advise following @uliwoolys advice as not only does this reinstall the latest update - it reflashes the operating system and is quite likely to help. If it does not help I then would advise contacting Sony Xperia Customer Care in your region (just click the link in my signature for details).
