Sony is the worst company ever. First the xperia phone cost so musch so you would expect it to have high quality service. Then you can have a repairment contract which allows you to get you xperia fixed if any damage happened. First it is glass front and back so it was very easy to crack which it did so I asked sony to fix it they said they wont. Then after getting a case to cover it up I was at a pool party and took under water pictures. Few days later it starts to glitch. I take it back to sony and send it to get fixed. Then long and behold Sony couldn't repair and wont give a replacment because of the crack which I told them about. So now I am left with a crappy phone and $700 down the toilet. I know realize why no one gets anything Sony because they have the worst products and terrible service. Anybody reading this please never ever buy anything Sony. You will not only save tons of money, but anyhting else in the world will have better products and service.

That's odd, here in the US, you can buy a 2 year warranty that will repair your phone even if you intentionally break it.

I am in the US and they said it is unfixable and they won't give me a replacement.

the 2 year warranty included with the phone or did you purchased the extra insurance?

not to antagonize you but, if the back was cracked, why would you expose the phone to water, as it's no longer waterproof?
