Problems with my Xperia E1 Dual TV

I've detected that all devices sony xperia e1 are with a problem: on updating to 4.4.2, users can't open VPN menu in config and disable lockscreen, including me.

Reset device, repair update and all others ways informed by support don't work. How I can fix it? Or, how I can contact developer team to solve this problem with a update? This problem is annoying!

Sorry if I've a bad english, I'm fom Brazil and I study in high school, the education offered here (in Bahia) is too bad :v

I can't open VPN menu in config, its one of problems. "Configurações parou." has been said.

Could you elaborate? TV and VPN aren't related.

I've tryed infinity ways to solve the problem, and I don't find no ways. The single way is return to 4.3, and if I try it I lose warranty. How to proceed?
