Same problem after repair job

Request to all the members ,please i need your advise.
Previously i was suffering from this problem. ( phone stoped charging at 20-25%, flastools and pc comp is not recosgnizing the phone. tried diff usb cabels )
Submited my phone for repairs, after 3 weeks got my phone yesterday eve in working condition.(Replaced some parts, batttery and motherboard was not mentioned)

Phone was charging too.
Brought my Z3 home charged it to 100%
Used the Z3 for almost 1 day without any problem.
Now when i plugged my phone to the wall charger ORANGE LED was not on.
Same problem is there.

Flashed Stock FTF using flashtools.
It entered flashmode and the flash process was success.
But still phone is not charging.
Pressed power and vol + and conected to wall charger but no Red LED is showing. Battery animation is stuck at 8% for the last 2 hours.

What should i do? I will visit the sevice centre tomorrow.
I got a replacement before also (under defect on arrival DOA) , and now this is happening. Sould i insist them on swaping the phone??

I am using Z3 3week old.
Last night i pluged my ph for charging with wall charger. it stoped at 27%, charger was hot.
Tried chagring through laptop, but it was not recosgnizing the phone.
Flastool also showed no device conected..
Finaly i took a back up of everthing and did a factory reset, same problelem.
Then after totaly draining the battery.
Plugged it while holding power and vol+, red led blinks 3 time, then stays for sometime, untill it reaches 1%. After 1% red led turn off and battery is again 0 %.:smileycry: Its happening again and again.

Did you try another USB cable?

Yes sir.
And also tried to connect Dell tab using xperia Usb cable, its working fine. No problem in xperia charger or usb.

Submitted my ph to sony service centre May 5th.
Today i called to ask the status, they said they have received the part ( didn't mentioned what parts) and the repair process has started. It will take 2-3 days.

Previously these parts were replaced under warranty.
