Vibration not working at all

My xperia m2 dual vibration is a failure.I have reset it twice but no luck.Suggestions???

It sounds like a hardware defect. In that case you should contact Sony service center in your country

However, before going there, it would be good to do a software repair just to rule out if it's a software problem.

Update / Repair your phone via PC Companion

Download PC Companion and install it. Do not connect your phone until you're asked to do so.

Launch PC Companion > Start Support zone > Start Phone/ Tablet Software update > select Repair my Phone / Tablet > Follow the on-screen instructions it shows.

If that doesn't work it could be a hardware issue and should Contact Sony Xperia Support.
