Hey, Phone Xperia Z3 compact, I've tried to use external speakers via bluetooth connection, but sound appears to be distorted. The problem definitely in the phone, because speakers are fine with other devices. Any suggestions?

Hi,

How do you mean by distorted? Is it music that you have stored on your internal storage and/or SD-card or do you use Spotify e.g to play music?

What kind of speaker is it and have you tried to connect the phone to another bluetooth speaker/headset to see if same thing occurs?

Since it works fine with another speaker, it sounds more like a compatibility problem with the speaker that you use. I suggest you contact Philips to see if they have tried this speaker with the same phone model and Android version you use to see if they can guarantee full functionality.
